How can I stop pictures reproducing automatically when I highlight them either to print or put on a CD. I just tried to put 85 on a CD which was fine but I had 85 copies!! I press control when I am doing more than one and keep my finger on this until all the ones I want are highlighted. Is this correct or am I making my own problem?When I highlight pictures to print them they copy again but this only happens if I select 8 or more.Help!!!?
I'm not sure what program you are using the move these pictures but this kind of thing happens with the Widows Explorer. As you hold down the ctrl key and then click the c key to copy each file, if you accidently click on one of them twice, even click somewhat close to one, that causes copies of each one to be made, sometimes copies of copies of copies. Very frustrating, yes. I suggest you get a program that is designed to help you burn CD's or DVD's. Roxio sells this type of thing, for example.
