Im really bummed, my computer wont let me highlight any text or pictures!?

IT WONT LET ME HIGHLIGHT%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;


i have to right click and click ';select all'; and then


the whole page highlights.


but thats not what i want.


i want to highlight a small section of text.


it used to work but not anymore...


any idea what i should do?
