I always see this on someone's picture where their yellow shirt and red hat are left in color and the rest of the picture is gray. I would like to know how to do that on photoshop please.How do you highlight one color in a picture and leave the rest gray? ?

Using a lasso selection tool, select the area you want to stay colored, then invert the selection (I think Ctrl+I) and use the desaturate tool.
PHOTOSHOP!!!
