How do you highlight multiple pictures sent as an attachment in my email so that I can save them into folder?

I know how to view, save into a folder, one pic at a time. But I want to highlight, save multiple pics (ex: 40-50 pics) to folder in a separate software. It take too long to do them individually. Please answer ASAP. How do I move multiple pics from my yahoo email sent as an attachment...how do I move them into my folder in another software on my computer? If you just click on the attachment, and click Save on the menu, and pick a folder to download the attachment to.





If you are not on your own computer, you should be able to send it to a floppy disk or CD burner to save it to.How do you highlight multiple pictures sent as an attachment in my email so that I can save them into folder?
Some E-mail providers such as Microsoft Outlook had this feature to save at once by going to file menu, Save attachments..... Others don't have this feature, you have to save it one at a time. Patience is necessary.
